How is Restylane/Perlane/Juvederm
different than other dermal filler based products? |
Unlike some fillers, Restylane/Perlane/Juvederm is free from
animal proteins, limiting the risks of animal-based disease
transmission or allergic reactions. Restylane/Perlane/Juvederm
is made of nonanimal-based hyaluronic acid called NASHA or
Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. NASHA is biodegradable
and fully biocompatible with human hyaluronic acid.

What is the difference between Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm? |
The main difference between Restylane and Perlane is that
the hyaluronic acid gel particles in Perlane are larger than
those found in Restylane. This gives Perlane additional ability
to lift and fill the areas of injection that require a denser
formulation. Meanwhile, Juvederm is a more concentrated version
of Restylane.
